- Everything is easy enough that we don’t need an IT person anymore, which makes things easier in general because they are no longer needed!Cipher handles most issues automatically so its very reliable if someone forgets their password etc.There really aren’t many downsides except maybe learning curve compared other solutions (like cisco).You also cannot add users through ciphers web interface unless logged onto
