Very good tool in managing users, groups & permissions

The ability to control access to our network at any time from anywhere with ease. The ability to have multiple levels of security controls for different environments.Being able to monitor all traffic coming into or out of your environment without having to install additional software/hardware.It's not as user friendly as I would like it to be. There should be more options available when you're trying to do something simple such as just changing passwords. It can take some training to understand

Pros
  • Everything is easy enough that we don’t need an IT person anymore, which makes things easier in general because they are no longer needed!Cipher handles most issues automatically so its very reliable if someone forgets their password etc. There really aren’t many downsides except maybe learning curve compared other solutions (like cisco). You also cannot add users through ciphers web interface unless logged onto
Cons
  • So-so
