Slim and very flexible!

I use it as a template for model building, it is made of very thin plastic and is very flexible. It's not the best option for my use and will probably replace it soon, but it works and if you need flexibility then this is for you.

Pros
  • Delivery was very fast
Cons
  • Long wait

Inaccuracies - Stencils

Unfortunately all the holes in the stencil are about 0.030 inches too big. Maybe it's made so that when you draw the circle, the inside is the right size, but that seems unlikely. Ultimately it served my purpose. I only had to scale down the gauge 1/32 of an inch to get what I need, but that's a bit misleading if you want precision and are using a gauge to measure.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Annoying

Lovely stencil, just like the picture

Bought this stencil to duplicate a polka dot spray painted lampshade I saw. This worked fine, but to do this I had to caulk other holes as they are all very close together. It was also difficult to hold in place while spraying, even though it was taped in place. For my purposes it was ok. For other purposes it may even be better.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Some items you just need

There are some items you just need it's just right for those and for the price I would say the quality is as good as the old days, when you could buy one at the Five & Dime store (remember them, I remember). This one is .025 thick so not flimsy but still a bit flexible like the old one I've had for years. If you have a use for one, this is a good one. Yes they even used the 4 outside corners as radii, that's a nice touch and an added bonus, a good buy I would say. (Made in the USA) :)

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Some little things

Excellent template

Sufficiently flexible material, but at the same time rigid. Printing on the stencil is easy to read and understand the hole sizes. The template is transparent so you can easily place it where you really want it. No guesses. Easy to clean without losing sensor markings. Also a surprise is that each of the corners is cut to different radii, so each corner is also a template. Each circle has alignment marks to help you center the circles within each other as you work. Highly recommended as it is…

Pros
  • Robust construction
Cons
  • Without automation

Just upside down.

After ordering this product you will likely NOT receive the pattern shown but will receive the TIMELY #T-85 pattern packed with C-Thru. It's similar but has tiny perforated holes to align the main circles rather than printed crosshair lines as shown here. It's also slightly larger, actually reaching 1-5/8 inches, which is the widest opening, instead of the 1-inch maximum shown here. They are similar in quality and usefulness, but when I expect to get what I chose and bought and I get something…

Pros
  • Great fit for me
Cons
  • No instructions
