I've been buying the regular version of these for my son for at least 5 years as he was too skinny to wear other toddler underwear and from what I remember they used to be a 18-24 month size. We bought 3 packs of City Threads and we really liked them so I decided to buy another pack but took a bigger size to accommodate my Son could fit to wear longer.
