One Of My Favorite Product For Customer Journey Management

I have used Civis in multiple projects for various clients. The product has been very stable from my experience. It has had only one major update so far in its lifetime which was a year ago. They are constantly adding new features and improving their products. There is nothing I dislike about this product. It's easy to use, very reliable, secure and robust. It's a great product if you want to manage your customer data. We can easily track our customers' journey and find gaps in our marketing…

Pros
  • Very intuitive user interface
  • Easy integration with other systems/services like CRM platforms (Salesforce)
  • Great support team fast response times when there’s an issue.
  • Well documented codebase makes troubleshooting issues much easier than usual apps such as SalesForce where documentation isn't always available at all places due lackluster communication between departments within organizations; eases problems immensely!
Cons
  • Somewhat expensive compared against competition

Overall great experience with Marketo - very impressed

The ability to combine all customer attributes in one place so it's easy to see what you are doing right or wrong as far as marketing strategies go. I don't have any dislikes about this product but would love if there was more transparency into how they make money from our information since we pay them monthly. We've been able to track everything down to individual customers and their purchase history which has allowed us to create targeted campaigns using various channels such as email, SMS…
