Does what it should.

I've tried two more expensive KVMs and they failed. This applies to the FreeBSD tower and the CentOS tower, which have worked well with KVM VGA and audio for years. I was surprised that HDMI KVM didn't work, including one that's pretty much the same as VGA I've been using for years. Anyway, I gave this a try as a last resort - it was pretty cheap and I really didn't expect it to work. But to my surprise, once plugged in, it worked perfectly. I give it 4 stars instead of 5 because there is noโ€ฆ

works as advertised

I had to return the unit as it did not transfer back and forth with all colors. THAT WAS MY FAULT. I found that using a DVI-I to HDMI converter on one of my computers causes this problem. I replaced the old graphics card with an HDMI output type and the problem was solved.

Very good but not great KVM switch

Very happy with the features of this KVM switch. It does what it's supposed to, letting you switch your keyboard, mouse, and HDMI monitor between your gaming PC and Mac Mini. It's made me gulp once in the 2 weeks I've had it and I had to unplug and plug the power adapter back in to reset it, but other than that it works perfectly - only takes 4 or 5 seconds to finish. Switching, I'm sure there is a faster KVM switch out there. I took off a star because for some reason when I'm using my Mac Mini

HDMI not working at all

I wanted to change my monitor port to just an HDMI port so I wouldn't have to switch between DP and HDMI between my work computer (which also supports HDMI) and my home PC (always has HDMI working) and the HDMI part doesn't show anything and says no connection no matter how I try. It's basically a dead port.
