Good KVM Switch - Computer Components

This is a simple and effective KVM switch at an affordable price. Supplied with all necessary cables. Check out the FAQ above if you're having mouse and keyboard issues on Mac. Latency can be improved a bit.

excellent quality Best in category Computers & Accessories

This product is made of excellent material, very durable and has a metal body. I use it to connect two laptops and use a monitor, this KVM switch also allows the mouse and keyboard to work very well together.

Reliable product, easy setup, perfect for working from home

I used my home computer (large desktop with a good 32" monitor) to work from home, but recently I had to start using a company laptop to access certain applications. Then I was reassigned to a new project, which forced me to use a second client-provided laptop. Working with tiny laptop screens, even for a short time, became a problem and I didn't have room on my desk to mount two more monitors. Hence the need for KVM. Excellent quality KVM switch

I really like this KVM switch. This is one of the few quality switches that supports both HDMI and USB. Video quality is excellent and switching is almost instantaneous. Haven't tried all of the mouse hotkeys and shortcuts yet, but the front panel switches are solid. I also appreciate the USB port on the front. This is convenient for connecting a flash drive or other temporary device. Just be careful not to switch computers while the flash drive is connected, especially when the file is open…

comes with 4 hdmi cables and 4 usb cables! Quite heavy with good rubber feet so it stands stable. The power cord could be a bit longer, otherwise a quality product.

Stupid switch, not smart.

This turns out to be a dumb switch, meaning it does the same thing as plugging and unplugging cables, allowing connected computers and monitors to detect the appearance and disappearance of devices. In contrast, a smart switch makes the computer think it's still connected to the same monitor, USB keyboard, and mouse even when the monitor is pointed at a different computer.
