This was one of the worst products I have ever used! Of course it was a lot cheaper than buying it in a store (thank goodness!), but it was still a waste of money. I have used it on a friend and you barely get enough product to do hair of any length let alone those with long hair and the bleach powder is very coarse and poor quality and doesn't mix well at all after fairly vigorous mixing there were still chunks of bleach powder left when I put it on my girlfriend's hair. This highlights black or other hair. Soft goes with good gloves, not those thin ones. Also included is a conditioner and shampoo. If you want to go blonde, this will lift your hair without the bleach burn.

I really needed highlights as my salon was closed due to COVID 19. I bought this and my husband said he would highlight my hair for me. When I first mixed it we thought there wasn't enough product, but when he did the back of my hair and I did the front, we still had product left. My hair is shoulder length and light brown. We left it on for about 30 minutes and the highlights look amazing! I am very happy with the results. After I washed and dried my hair, my husband cut it and I cut my bangs.

I cannot stress enough the importance of reading the instructions and doing the strand test. I did that, and after a short time during the strand test, hairs began to break off. I ended up with an orange (light brown) broken strand with almost nothing left. Thank god I didn't do the whole glare chapter. I will wait until the pandemic is over and a professional will set me accents.

This thing works. I use it for light highlights on dark blonde hair. If you can't use foil, try a cap as it's not easy to make yourself. You should test the strand as it can be done in 10 minutes or it can take 30 minutes to lighten blonde instead of orange. This also works for regular supplements etc.

THERE IS AN ORDER HOW YOU WANT TO APPLY ON YOUR HEAD. THE FIRST APPLICATIONS ARE THE EASIEST AND IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL, PART OF YOUR HEAD MAY BE VERY BLOND AND UNBALANCED. IF YOU WORK FAST. MUCH CHEAPER THAN THE SALON BUT THE FIRST TIME I WAS GREAT AND SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON A PAGE HEAD SO IT WAS MUCH EASIER.
