Clairol Shimmer Lights Shampoo and Conditioner Review

I have blonde highlighted BEAUTIFUL shoulder length hair and bought it for travel. The shampoo left my hair dry and tangled and the conditioner was so terrible I had to buy a bottle of detangling spray while on holiday for the first time in my life!

Not the Shimmer lights reminiscent of the shape of "Olden Daze". They need to step up their game as there have been so many competitors in the market in recent years. Shimmer Lites completely got rid of yellowing and didn't dry them out in those days when they were the only game in town.

I was shocked when I opened the package and saw a purple mess. The shampoo/conditioner must have been damaged in transit. I've been using this product for a while now and have always loved the fact that it leaves my hair looking silver/ashy/shiny.

I have only used this shampoo and conditioner once. It's different from regular shampoo and doesn't lather very much, but my hair was clean. I also used conditioner. My hair has become thicker. I hope to see more shine and vibrancy in my gray hair after a few uses.

I bought it to test on my platinum blonde hair. I forgot how great it works and the travel size was perfect for testing. I liked it a lot more than Matrix Brass Off - it only lightened areas of my hair, the shimmer made my hair light and even.
