Set of 4 TR417 Clamp-in Valves for Cadillac El Dorado 1967-1878 & Oldsmobile Toronado 1966-1978 Review

This automotive part has given my vehicle a sleek new appearance, while also providing the necessary functionality. As a result of using this product, I found that my handling has improved, and the ride is much smoother. The installation was a bit of a challenge, but once it was complete, I was extremely satisfied with the end result. The only downside is the price, but it's worth it for the quality.

These valve stems will NOT clean the caliper on a 1978 Eldorado. Presumably they will be problematic on other Eldorados and Toronados. The bend is not sharp enough to clear the caliper compared to the original part. Don't buy unless you're in the mood to spend the day taking a tire off a few times. At least the pads came in handy. I just replaced the gasket with the cracked one on the stock valve stem.

These work very well although one has to be aware that they don't have a small shallow depression on top of the bent brass piece for the caliper. The brass needs an extra slight flex adjustment, and the top rib in the center of the caliper needs a bit of sanding down to smooth it out for clearance. When I did that, everything was cherry! Overall I'm happy with what I got.
