Terrible Reception, Avoid This Phone

This phone has poor clarity and reception, which hinders its functionality as an essential office tool. The design may be sleek and user-friendly, but this does not compensate for its poor performance.

Blunt design for landlines

Made for the hard of hearing, but no indicator light to show if the answering machine is on or off. It is only spoken. My father is hard of hearing to hear the machine's voice. How stupid is that?

Clarity Phone: Landline

This phone fits most people but I bought it for my mother who is hard of hearing and can only hear with the speakerphone. With the volume knob set to maximum and the amp turned on, it's not much louder than her old portable phone she's been using for years! Because of this I was disappointed with this phone and only gave it 3 stars.
