I already wrote a review but wanted to update it. I have decided to return the product as I found that the filters are not the same as the original and I continued reading other reviews (which I didn't do before purchasing) and realized that someone else said the same thing and didn't use bags because they leak and ruin my vacuum cleaner. Therefore I have never used the product but am sending it back.

We must READ the product description before ordering! I received this item in good condition. However, these are very simple generic packages. They appear to be slightly smaller than OMF Miele FJM vacuum bags. The tightness is not so good and the pockets are made of thinner material. If that suits you, do it. But why does a HEPA filter have a vacuum cleaner and not a completely closed one.

Looking at this bag and the original Miele bag side by side I could see the differences. The replacement bag uses a much thinner filter paper. The Miele bag looks like a pillow and the replacement looks like a pillowcase. Next comes a thin plastic bracket that holds the bag to the hose. The bracket needs to be curled under the hose, Miele fits perfectly. The price was much better, but if your vacuum doesn't catch all the dust in its bag, is it really worth it? My fault I didn't notice in the description that these aren't genuine Miele bags. They are alright. Every time I vacuum, I have to open the vacuum, move the bag and snap the red part into place. An annoying popping sound can often be heard coming from the inner red round "door" that normally closes the vacuum bag itself. My personal opinion, my minimal saving on this product is not worth it. Sorry, but next time I'll definitely read better and get a real Miele.

Using the manufacturer's brand should be illegal. This is a scam and I hope no one buys it. Of course there is a disclaimer stating this is not a Miele product but it is hidden behind all the images and text promoting the Miele brand to make you think you are buying OEM bags . I should have read more carefully, but hey, free returns. These bags are thinner, the red part doesn't fit tightly (i.e. poor suction) meaning debris ends up in the canister instead of the bag. When I opened my order I was surprised to find I-Clean branded packaging and not Miele branded as listed. I still had the original Miele bag so I opened the sealed plastic bag in the box I and made a side by side comparison. There was no printing on the iClean bag like the Miele bag which has the brand and style of the bag printed on it.
