Gain bad. Leaves traces of dirt. Seems lost.

I bought this because we have a short haired dog and was hoping to sweep a little less. I still sweep the same amount and have to clean up after this vacuum. My dog has a rather short coat (she is a Rottweiler mix) and her hair gets stuck in the brush (see picture). I have to brush it off all the time. After the first few uses (and I've cleaned it every time) almost nothing ends up in the bin (see photo). It simply accumulates in the bushes, and then falls to the ground. He also seems lost all…
