I love this bag but when I received it and opened the box I saw that it needed a little more padding than a plastic bag and flimsy cardboard outside. There is a scratch on one of the legs and the bag fits as if the legs were pushed too far apart. Which I find strange for a brand new bag. UPDATE: No response from Cleveland corporate email. It's unfortunate because I've always liked their wedges and clubs. I've had friends who contacted Callaway/Taylormade and got immediate replies, so I'll be checking out their products in the future. Bought this to replace a very old bag and loved every minute in it about a month ago. The legs have started to weaken and now the bag collapses under the weight of 10 clubs when using the legs. Durable case. Love the kickstand but better than my previous Nike bag which broke the kickstand (after many years). The handles on top are very nice and the racquets fit perfectly in the organizer on top. The pockets are well thought out except for one. If you look at the picture I've attached, the bag I like to use for golf balls is a bit odd. You have to look very carefully, but there is a Velcro fastener at the bottom.
