I like that you can use this program to connect with customers in real time! It is easy for my business because they don't have too many options when connecting via phone or email (which also saves me money). Sometimes there are glitches within CMS which makes our work harder but overall we've found them very helpful throughout all processes from appointment set up through billing questions/inquiries about services provided etc.. There's not really anything at present dislikeable though if any…
