Good for the back but a bit big

Bought these for my husband who has to lift large boxes. I bought M but he thought it was big, the goods come in a bag. My husband thought the Velcore design could be a bit better compared to what he had before, it falls off easily but holds up well so we got it for his back.

Great for a damaged disc

I injured a disc in my lower back for Christmas. Painkillers had a limit. I bought this and installed it. I immediately felt relief. I felt my back was in a comfortable position. This is much better than my previous more expensive braces and a much better fit and retention of the straps. I highly recommend this stand.

  • Sturdy construction

Good support at a good price

I was working on an 8 week project that required lifting large slabs throughout the day. It quickly became apparent that I would need support throughout the day to keep me from doing something as stupid as lifting and then stretching. So I got this easy-to-use, easy-to-slip brace that provides light support and reminds me when I'm moving in a way that puts my spine at risk. The projects are finished and my back is intact, which I think is partly due to the use of this product.

Pain Relief & Injury Prevention

I have suffered from sciatica for many years but want to be active and achieve my fitness goals. However, when attempting to perform physical activities that required core strength, I could injure myself from time to time. The belt helped me solve this problem. I wore it during training and it protected me from injuries. It also offered gesture correction and support to ease my back pain while sitting in front of a computer. It also makes your waist look thinner when you wear it. Excellent…

Small size + not what I need

I actually returned it because it's not what I was looking for but a waist trainer for intense workouts. The description may need a little cleaning. It's more like a back brace you wear, say, in a warehouse with moving furniture. The steel bars/springs on the back are not comfortable when exercising. It is more of a functional bandage than a training bandage. But overall the quality was good. If I needed it for functional lifting and injury prevention/protection I would definitely use it…

The new you in exercise and fitness

I broke my lower back in 1997 and have lived with pain ever since. The operation in 1999 did not do me any good. I was told that my body would develop "scar tissue" "very quickly" and that the surgery would not be appropriate. I was told to "learn to live with it". I have "good days" and "bad days" and try not to show my pain to anyone. When my left leg "refuses to let me stand up, everyone knows it's bad." I've tried everything to ease the pain. This "back brace" helps me stand and walk much…

Pros
  • Comfortable to use
Cons
  • Good but not great
