🔌 Logitech Receiver Extension Cable Review

I had an issue where the wireless HandShoe mouse would randomly stop responding and turn off. It turned out that the mouse receiver was plugged into the back of my device to share the CalDigit ports and the signal didn't seem strong enough for this setup. The problem was solved by connecting the receiver's extension cord to the Post-Exchange and moving the transmitter closer to the mouse.

Ignore the weird "Fortuna Trade" overlay. I thought it was fake at first, but it works with a Logitech Unifying USB receiver I bought for work and my old but great MX Performance mouse. The Logitech website I could find doesn't have any of those Logitech receiver extension cables so I was happy to find one for my favorite mouse lol.

It's a shame that I didn't know about these cables for a long time. I have had a long complaint about my Logitech wireless mouse not working properly. And all it needed was a cable. I haven't had a single problem since installing it.

Bought to bring the nano USB receiver closer to the keyboard. I was having a weird and very annoying USB issue where my mouse and keyboard would randomly crash and reset (usually in a game) and then go back to normal after a few seconds. Turns out I had 2 Logitech wireless receivers (one for the keyboard and one for the g700 mouse) too close together. This solved all my problems and I haven't had any problems since.

This is a great addition to your Logitech Performance Mouse MX. I have a desktop computer and I kept the receiver on the back of the I/O and I had some connection issues and after purchase all my issues were resolved. I wish Logitech would put this in the mouse, but it's a great $5-6 fix for connectivity issues. I also wish there was some kind of sticky adhesive on the bottom of the receiver to keep it on the table as it's pretty easy to fall off. All in all a great product!

I've been having trouble tracking my Logitech wireless mouse for a year. The cursor constantly hung and twitched every 10-20 seconds. Accurate positioning was incredibly difficult. At first I thought it was the mouse battery. Exchanged - no joy. Then I replaced the old mouse with an M525. There is no joy.
