CloudHPT Disaster Risk Management Suite is an awesome tool

Nothing, It actually works like it should be! I have been using it for many years now without any problems at all with their service or support team who are always ready to help me when i need something done. The only thing that bothers me sometimes about them working remotely but thats because we use google hangout so they cant see my face if anything which makes communication difficult some times (maybe its just myself).
