As I was trying to be price conscious I figured I could do with one of the much cheaper yarn needles, or the ones that come with the kit. I can say with confidence that the CLOVER brand will become my favorite in my crochet projects. Strong needle with a large angle for fine work. Pure and smooth metal on these needles. Will post a comparison photo soon if my description fails. I plan to replace all of my crochet hooks with this brand once I can replace a full set :)

This is the best thing I've ever bought! I used to have a really hard time finding the end of a needle when running it into yarn projects. With a slight bend at the end of these needles, this has been eliminated! I love it so much I have two! I'll probably buy another one because I have a kits project that I made myself to make sure I have everything I need to complete the project on the go. I use these tapestry needles to pull up my micro skeins and they are the perfect size. If you have sisterlocks, braidlocs, braidlocks, microbraids that you want to groom/pull up yourself to save a lot of money these are great for that.
