Very helpful collaboration tool and instant order viewing

I like how easy it is for people in different countries (and time zones) to work together with no hassle at all! It's also very quick, which makes me happy because we don't have much free time these days ;)The fact that you can easily add new users from anywhere really helps. The only thing i dislike about this software are some of its functions - such as not being able to edit reports or export data directly into Excel/CSV etc., but those issues should be resolved soon since they're already…

Pros
  • That there exists webcam integration without any problems whatsoever.I would say most importantly however is just simply seeing my customer right away after logging via skype if needed..:)
Cons
  • Sometimes reporting doesn’t always update automatically within minutes.
  • Not exactly sure why? Just seems weird though
