As a tea enthusiast, I had high hopes for this product. Unfortunately, I was left underwhelmed. The warmer takes a long time to heat up and barely keeps my tea warm. On a positive note, it looks decent on my kitchen counter. As a result of my tests, I determined that there are better options out there for home and kitchen tea lovers.

Dropped several times, no cracks or breaks. so it's damn solid. The only major issue I had was having to find another lid to put the kettle on. My kettle fits the top pretty snugly and blocks airflow too much. I replaced it with a topper from my old cast iron base and it works great. Make sure you don't have the same problem, but this is an easy fix if you have a permeable metal to put on top of it instead of in the lip. When I was in British Victoria Canada many years ago I became addicted to tea. It's so delicious and relaxing. A great excuse to stop, relax, chat with friends or just read a book by yourself.
