I actually bought this for my 13 inch boat steering wheel and it works fine. It's very easy. Not pretty but gives me a good grip.

seems to work well. It will take some time to get used to the ledge on the back of the steering wheel without getting stuck on the wheel. a slightly drooping lip front or back depending on how you position it on the handlebars.

Easy to apply but had gaps so I had to wrap it with black plastic strap. It also remained sticky to the touch. I wouldn't recommend it for these reasons and definitely overpriced considering all you get is a cover and nothing to fill the gaps around the steering wheel.

Didn't like it at all but kept it and used it as a pad anyway. I bought a different type of steering wheel cover that needs sewing and fits the steering wheel better. I put this on first and then sewed it on top to add more padding. It turned out to be good and more convenient. I have used this on a John Deere lawn tractor with a hard plastic steering wheel. Without that idea I probably would have sent it back or thrown it in the trash.
