Air does not reach the end of the stone. It only goes down a few inches, so there's no point in taking a long one. Save some money and get 2 or 4 inches instead of 8 inches.

They arrived very quickly. Work very well. I ordered two sets for my 60 gallon tank. This was enough to create a bubble wall in the tank. I will definitely use them again when I need them. This is great value.

Bubbles only appear through the half of the rod closest to the tube. My original rods only took two years of use and that was the only reason I replaced them. I am sending these back.

None of the air stones I received worked. If I had kept the packaging I would have asked for her money back. There are no air bubbles that lengthen the vent. They only come out about 1 inch out of a 12 inch brick. I would not buy.

One works great, the other barely works. I have 2 air pumps and tried turning them off but it didn't help. I ended up replacing it with another company. I would not recommend these Air Stones bubbles.

They are a good length but the plastic body is more of a minus than a plus. I had to cut the hose off because the plastic end broke off trying to get the hose off the rock. The stone wasn't sitting straight, so I wanted to rotate the tube to get it sitting straight. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Basically works like any other vent. Nothing outstanding. All I can say is that I've never had to use check valves before buying one. The tank I placed them on is significantly higher off the ground, lower than usual, and I also bought a very cheap air pump for them. The end result is that the first time I turned the pump off, I got the hose back on to the pump. If you use this check valve, get it. If you already have the correct airline installation.
