We bought this for our daughter for Christmas and surprised her. She has wanted fish for a long time. We bought her a betta and so far she's fine. I like that it hangs on the wall and takes up less space.

It's amazing! I'll get another one and it's perfect for the 1 male beta. It's 1 gallon so it's good enough, I added a reading light and then found a colored light clip that works fine. This is the only downside of a tank with no light but with an oriental fix.

I got this as a gift a few years ago. Bought 3 because that's why I love the quality and the extras I keep getting from visitors who just love my beta fish on the wall. Place one in your family room, living room, bedroom and even bathroom. They're so funny. But take the big one. Small is only suitable for children's rooms.

Beautiful shell, light. I wanted my 16 month old great granddaughters to enjoy homemade fish. It has a flat back so I was able to hang it on the side of the closet right at eye level. We have a rooster and 2 algae eaters. The top hole is large enough to insert targets for practicing swim rings and other training aids. I also like that the shell is much larger than other betta shells.

Not quite full. Also use a screw in the wall. It took me about 2 weeks to hang it on the included nail, then the nail fell out because it's so short and the whole thing fell on the floor and broke. I had screws, screws could be used, but the nail didn't work for me for long. Everything is fine with the fish, it was not in the aquarium when cleaning. And he's in a bigger aquarium now. Perfect for a tail and looks great on the wall. My only complaint is that it needs to be removed for a thorough cleaning and is heavier than you might think. It holds a gallon of water, so I end up taking a ladle and pouring out about a liter before decanting so I don't accidentally spill the contents like a poor fish. I love these wall mounted aquariums. I traced the backing on a vinyl mat, cut it out and attached it to the backing. This made the perfect round aquarium. I added some java moss, tomentosum, a small floating water lettuce, duckweed and lucky bamboo, some gravel and a few small rocks.
