I like the fact that it has so many different ways to track your progress through workouts, which is very helpful for me as a coach. It's very easy to use at this point in time. The only thing I dislike about it is that there is no option to create or add new exercises/workouts. There are some exercises I would love to know how to do but can't find them on the list of available options. I've had some students who wanted to learn more about strength training.
