Nothing smells like a drain snake that's worked its way through 50 feet.

Yes. That's a snake. My kitchen sink is clogged. Nothing falls off even after a day or two of sitting. As a result, I had to remove the odor trap and drain the water from the sink into a bucket. After many unsuccessful attempts with pistons and Drano I decided to make it a little bit better. I first bought a Cobra 86250 1/4" 25ft pistol grip but it just didn't work. Not sure if it was too short or under girth but this guy finally got it right. Nothing smells. Just like a drainage snake that has

Useless pen. A solid heavy snake if you can turn it around.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I have a clog in a 75 foot drain with at least a 1 90 degree and 1 30 degree twist, but it could be more. The longer the snake and the more twists it makes, the harder it is for it to spin. You really shouldn't load the pen and save the planet from trash. Another reviewer had a great idea. The handle assembly is useless, but not needed to use the slug. A few suggestions I've found here in the comments and in YouTube videos will greatly improve your experience: - Take a 5 gallon plastic bucket to store it. When you're done with that, roll the drill into a bucket. - This auger is not made of stainless steel. It…

My wonderful experience.

The last few months I've been dealing with problems with the root. According to my notes, the problem probably occurred about 5 years ago. I have a pine sticking out next to the line so that's probably the culprit. Although the problem may be with a younger oak. Started with 1/4" coil, then 3/8", then 1/2" coil. For a 4" sewer line, use ONLY the 1/2" end. I configured the end of it, by bending the helix at an angle of about 30 degrees so that it had to scratch the inside of the pipe as it…
