I love this little gem. I use this container for my "ground" coffee as I hate grinding coffee beans in the morning (too much noise) and even if I have to there is always some ground coffee left over from the simple brewing process. . I bought a full size stainless steel bin and everything was fine. I received this one in color. I like the finish color best.

Received as advertised, very pleased with construction and quality of materials. I started using it with ground espresso last week and Coffee Gator was able to retain the aroma and flavor. Before using it, my ground espresso lost intensity and the crema became flatter. Now every shot tastes like the first and I finally get real added value from my coffee purchases.

I love these coffee containers and needed a smaller jar than the one I had and luckily Coffee Gator offers that size! This provides an airtight seal that keeps air and light out while allowing the beans to release CO2. I usually buy 12 ounce bags of fresh beans and when I open a new bag I pour some into my espresso maker and the rest goes into this container. Ideal. If you are using 16 oz whole bean bags I would recommend the following size.
