Be careful when you touch the lid

This is a good kettle with a flexible neck, I use it all the time to make tea in the office. The nose flows really nice and smooth. If you're not used to pouring like gooseneck kettles, I'd definitely recommend closing the lid to keep water from overflowing. But be careful, after about a minute the lid gets very hot. The handle doesn't get hot.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Risk of injury

Very used, some mold/rust on the underside of the spout

Looks sturdy and heavy. The one I bought was used and there was mold/rust on the underside of the spout. There is no brand name on the product so I'm not sure who made it. There was a small scratch on the bottom and a few paint chips on the inside that I can't clean. I regret a little that I bought it used but otherwise it's a good product in terms of value for money.

Pros
  • Something about it
Cons
  • High price

Good product suitable for teapots

I love this pot. It's easy and gets the job done. I've only recently gotten my hands on poured coffee, and I've already started liking it. I haven't had coffee in years because I find coffee too acidic for me and my teeth. Hand-brewed coffee does not taste acidic compared to machine-brewed coffee. In any case, the lid gets hot but the handle doesn't, even my 4 year old can hold it and I make coffee with myself in the morning.

Pros
  • Everything great!
Cons
  • Expensive insurance

NOT stove safe - risk of burns

Writing this with one hand and the other in a tub of ice water. I bought this to make pourings during the WFH quarantine. DO NOT heat the water in this pan if you intend to pour from it. The first few times I heated water in a Kitchenaid kettle on the stove and then poured it into that kettle, then boiled the beans etc. It worked fine. Today I tried to heat the kettle on the stove. I had to use a kitchen glove to remove it. I went about my routine and used a kettle with oven mitts to water…

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Classic barista vibes. Classic in action

Let me start by saying that I never intended and never intend to put this kettle on direct heat/flame. I've been a barista for years at places ranging from Starbucks, Coffee Beans to a variety of hipster and pop coffee shops. I love strong coffee and I've missed the flower of my coffee. I didn't want to spend a fortune just to prove I'm a real barista and only serve myself. Yes, the body of the kettle gets hot, just like many more expensive pots. I will. This is nature. Just like when a barista
