I installed this and it worked fine but instead I decided to buy one with a chain guide as I am concerned about going over potholes and curbs and my dropping the chain with it. Can't beat the price and ease of installation.

There is no bearing surface for the sprocket spur so the cheap hex bolt holding it loosens and falls out, or the sprocket overheats and falls off. As long as there are good provisions for numerous positioning options. Somehow I never managed to line it up well with my chain. Not a very good article.

LOL. What a joke, so glad it was cheap! Arrived with no hardware, instructions, or pictures of intended use. I even took it apart and rearranged parts to try and get it to work but then it doesn't reach the chain lol. Skip that junk and buy a Jerry SS 4 chain tensioner. It installs in seconds and has spring tension.
