Software is great and Customer Service SUPERB

Ease of use! Pros
  • Great UI
  • Easy integration options for other applications / products
  • Customer Service is great, especially helpful during onboarding process.
  • Very responsive team members that answer tickets promptly & professionally :)Cons : Nothing really comes up except maybe just wishful thinking

  • I will keep silent

Pros
  • It makes our jobs much easier for all parties involved
Cons
  • Occasionally it can be difficult to understand, but most of the information seems easier to understand once you use it a few times
