Great for beating the heat, easy instructions included. Just make sure to spread the beads evenly while they're dry so they don't bunch up at one end.

I bought a 3 pack, followed the instructions and kept it in the fridge. They didn't chill for hours, but worked well enough for hour-long aerobic sessions.

These balls fill with water well and stay water swollen for a long time but don't stay cool. I've had others like these in the past where when heated they release water that keeps you cool but not this one.

These cooling bandanas were great for my daughter when she came out of the fridge in the operating room. A fan allowed us to sit out on the patio in the 35 degree weather, and bandanas around our necks helped with the heat. Met expectations very well.

I don't know why they get bad reviews. They are cheap but work as expected. My son is 9 and plays baseball and we put on a new one every time he gets on the field (brought a zipped bag with ice and water to store and freshen up). I was also hot and used one and it was awesome when I finished it. They are thick (see photo) but flexible enough to tie around the neck.

I was excited when they arrived because I had a different brand a few years ago and they worked great. However, I wasn't thrilled with the unfamiliar white powdery substance on the clear pouch they came in. I suspect it has to do with the manufacturing process. The pack was white in tint due to all the powder that was on it. I had to throw it in the trash immediately. DO NOT buy if you don't want a mess in your home. Luckily I opened the package from the outside.
