I own at least 10 pairs of Cole Haan oxfords and loafers. I followed the reviews and ordered a half size smaller than my usual Cole Haan size and they fit well. 4 stars because the back of the material is a bit frayed, but it doesn't bother me enough to return. If I had ordered them direct from Cole Haan I would have returned but the price was cheaper here.

The shoes are very light and perfect if your office has a denim dress code. They are fairly breathable, which can be both a positive and a negative factor depending on your needs. I wouldn't say they're good for cold climates because they don't insulate well, but that's not the point. Just something to consider.
