I have had this grill (over 10 years old) and it was a fantastic grill. After many years of service, the grill finally died. I bought a replacement for the same model with high hopes. This quality of this product is terrible at best. Compared to the original, it is made of thinner and cheaper metal, and the grille surface is aluminum and will deform at first use. . I've used my Coleman Camp Grill a few times with no problems and have even cooked greasy burgers. I was cooking some steaks on medium/low and I smelled like burning plastic - the flames were escaping the hole into the pan. I turned off the gas, got out the steaks, got out the propane bottle and turned it over. The melted puddle to the right of the grill is what's left of the pan. I am giving this grill 4 stars mainly for its excellent size while still being portable. Ordered from Revain Prime and due to the fact that I live in Oregon only 5 hours from the delivery center, I received it the very next day! The packaging was good and only four screws were required to mount the bottom legs to the unit. The problem was that Coleman forgot the screws!
