Great replacement for the sheath.

I was worried when the package arrived because there was a huge hole in the box, but the product was fine. It went perfectly. The fit was perfect and it took quite a while to replace the old one. It looks much better on our RV than the old one. The look has really been updated.

The right HVAC case

Just the right HVAC case for me, fits great, happy with delivery. I have no "real" claims. I just wish someone could help me put the two halves together it would make it a lot easier but I've found that it can only be done with one person who just needs to be patient and keep trying.

Pros
  • Sturdy construction
Cons
  • Useless features

Perfect for A/C

Perfect for my 1999 Coleman Niagara with Mach A/C. The two piece design was good for shipping. Two pieces assembled in about 10 seconds and bolted in place of the dry and cracked existing lid. It's expensive for what it is. I don't understand why such a simple product costs $150. However, if you need it, it doesn't matter how much it costs. You have to pay.

Pros
  • Nice to use
Cons
  • Minor issues

Very easy to fit

This replacement cap fits like a glove. I found it easiest to assemble the two halves before putting them on my Mach EL. Two things to watch out for: I would recommend getting 4 new stainless steel acorn nuts and wing washers. Most likely your old gear is badly corroded on the roof. The bolts on my unit are 1/4-20 threads. Second; I would suggest fitting the two halves together on the ground rather than 10 feet in the air with a cumbersome assembly project.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • Some imperfections
