The area next to the velcro easily tears. Your dog's claws can easily make small holes in it. Both allow the fur to pass through the cover. I like that it's more waterproof and could be a hammock, but wish the material was more durable. On the one hand, it's a bit rough so my dog didn't slip on it. All in all, I have yet to find a seat cover that 100% meets my needs for a Corgi vs Camry battle.

I bought a non-pet seat cover. My mom now walks with a walker and I'm afraid they'll tear up my leather seats when I get them out of the car. When I saw the offer and saw how it attaches to the front and rear seat headrests I thought it would be the perfect protection for my seat. The blanket just curls up and not good. If I'm right, maybe other people will try. This serves other purposes.

I bought this on sale at a hardware store and I'm glad I didn't pay full price for this item. At first the straps came loose while my dog was moving so I had to stop twice and fasten them before finally tying the knot to keep it from slipping out of the buckle again. It's not as wide as the back seat in my Toyota Camry, so my dog crawled through the side and got under the protection of the seat, not reaching his destination. I don't recommend this unless you have a small car and patience.
