The ability of users to interact with each other in real time, without having to be physically present at one location. The ability of this program is that it can be used for many different purposes in business, such as managing contacts with clients or employees etc.. I also like how fast everything works! The best part of collaborative is it's ability to provide easy access for all employees, no matter where they are located in the world! It reduces time spent filling out forms or sending emails back-and-forth when submitting information from one place instead of multiple places (as with email).
