The ability of users to interact with each other in real time, without having to be physically present at one location. It's not just about keeping track of what is happening in your business but also where it is going. This program has helped us organize our work day efficiently which helps us achieve more tasks than we would have been able to do otherwise. There isn't much that I dislike as such. We are still learning how to use this software fully so there could always be better ways to improve upon existing features. But overall, we've found no reason to complain. We're just making sure that everyone knows their responsibilities for projects they are working on. And then sharing information between them via chat or emails when required.
