I received the photo frame I ordered in the mail today. The box appeared to be in good condition, but when I pulled out the photo frame and removed the foam from the glass, I found the glass was broken. This problem needs to be solved.

I have bought this item 3 times. First time 2 frames were very dirty but I didn't care as I had to clean them before uploading pictures. I received this frame in perfect condition. I put my photos in, but they didn't fit in the gaps. I had to cut them to size. (Photos from a stack fit perfectly in a photo album).
