I've only used it once so far and it worked well. No leaks, actually easier to carry than a flat pan as you can grab it by the handles and walk around with it and the water won't splash or spill. I really liked this product. I liked that you can fold it up, but now it suddenly started leaking water every time I used it. I don't understand why this happens when I always put it in my pocket.

I don't like this article. When water is added, the side flips up and the water lands everywhere. If I keep the sides it's obviously better. But when it hits the right spot, it still adds up. You don't have to hold the sides as tight to add water there. Remember he does this with about half the water, give or take. Once the outside gets wet it seems to stay wet forever and that outer layer absorbs more water than I thought it would. So if it's wet outside I can't try to put it up anywhere. Now…

I was skeptical of how this product would perform as it is not inflatable. It leaks easily when carried, so you have to be very careful to keep the handles wide apart to avoid the sides folding in and water spilling out. I made a complete mess the first and only time I used it. I'll try again and hopefully not make a complete mess. Otherwise, it's definitely big enough for everyone to get wet feet and easy to store.

Easy to carry when full and easy to empty. Lots of room for my legs. It holds enough water to cover my ankles without leaking. Sturdy and much more convenient than a large, clunky foot bath that takes up storage space. The water stays warm longer than a normal foot bath. I use it often and it still looks like new - good solid construction.

Today I received the foldable foot spa. And even though it's labeled 25L, it's too small for me to fit both feet in at the same time. Pictures are very deceptive. It's bigger than it looks in the photo and so narrow. Also, I noticed that the stitching along the bottom seam looks like it has started to unravel. This might explain one of the reviews I read saying it leaked on first use. I ignored this review as the other reviews were positive. I will come back and will not order from this company
