Initially there were hopes for this product. However, I had to replace the collar within 2 weeks as it fell apart and could not support the weight of the device. It stretches so the collar slips easily over the dog's head. Now just 4 weeks after receiving it, the device won't charge and beeps randomly when nobody is near the controller. After trying to charge it, restart it, reconnect to the remote a few times, it's garbage. A complete waste of money.

I ordered this because it was very small and featured pictures of Yorkies. I have a York Maltese mix. She is 3 pounds. I often take her out into the yard and hate keeping her on a leash. She's really good, but she gets distracted. So I bought it because of the vibrate and beep feature to get her attention. The product works great. It looks ridiculous having this huge box hanging around my little dog's neck. I just wish the box was smaller.

I have waited to write this review until I have used the product for a while. It is great! My dog is 5 pounds so I don't use the shock option but I find the beep option useful enough for most corrections. I use Vibration when he's exceptionally stubborn, but that's about it. It doesn't seem to bother him while he's playing or sleeping and certainly looks better than plain black. I bought this collar because it is one of the only training collars for small dogs under 10 pounds. The only thing it does for small dogs is that it comes in two collar sizes. The device is the same size as for large dogs.
