Effective and easy for employees and administrators

I love that each user has there own dashboard with all of their information in one place- it is very easy for me as an admin! There are only positive things about this program so far, but nothing really at this point since our launch date was delayed from February 1st by COVID restrictions (we're supposed be rolling out April 2nd). We have been able to see how effective having everyone's health data together makes planning much more simple than if we had separate programs or even just email…

  • The way everything connects into groups where you can ask questions/have discussions easily without going through multiple layers via chats etc., which saves time & effort getting info across teams when necessary..not sure why other companies haven't adopted such tech yet..its amazing.lol!! It seems like they were waiting till now before making big

Great Customer Service and Affordable Health Insurance

The customer service is awesome! So friendly, knowledgeable & available for questions at all times of day or night as needed (evening being my favorite time). I don't like that you cannot see your medical records before getting an insurance quote - it's not very transparent until after they've already decided what their rates will be each year. We were paying too much in out-of network premiums so we signed up with this plan because there are no annual increases which was one reason why our…

Great customer service and easy setup

I love that they are able to be very hands off when it comes time for billing, collecting revenue from payers or processing claims (we actually just use them as our insurance carrier). We have been with other carriers in the past so this allowed us more flexibility than we were comfortable having at one point before switching providers over 2 years ago! Nothing too specific but if you're looking into an all-inclusive solution like ours there is always going to need to be some changes since…
