I love that they are able to be very hands off when it comes time for billing, collecting revenue from payers or processing claims (we actually just use them as our insurance carrier).

We have been with other carriers in the past so this allowed us more flexibility than we were comfortable having at one point before switching providers over 2 years ago! Nothing too specific but if you're looking into an all-inclusive solution like ours there is always going to need to be some changes since everyone's needs/wants will vary quite widely depending upon their situation - good luck finding something perfect fit your exact criteria!
