There are other hair color waxes I wanted to try but found that they dry out upon examination. This brand does not exist. The product is exactly as described. The smell is amazing, no chemical smell at all. The color is light. The product is creamy and glides easily through the hair. You can apply dry or wet but I prefer wet after deep conditioning etc just because I find it easiest to apply. USE WITH GLOVES. While easy to do, it's just messy. I need lots of cans of this. The paint dries a little differently than applied, but is still very cool. I like having color without sacrificing anything. It dries a lot which I didn't care because it held my curls and color for 5 days, just put the cap on at night, take off in the morning and BAM! I woke up like this! 😉

These waxes are great and definitely made for natural hair. They are extremely moisturizing and defining. I have type 4c hair and these waxes give me maximum definition and curl retention. I used sangria all over my hair for the first two photos and peach tree on the ends for the second two. The color can come off if you use the wrong products or try to refresh it with additional products. If it flakes off, try applying it another way or with other products and see if that helps. I like the color. That is beautiful! However, there are two problems with wax. It's peeling all over, I pulled out my curls today and I'm amazed at how much paint there is on my clothes and stuff. It also dried my hair and made it very curly. I looked at many product reviews and followed the directions on the bottle as much as those who have already tried it. I will not repurchase this product.

I bought the color "peach tree" and I really like the result! When I first opened the package, the color was more orange. I knew from the reviews it was going to be more of a honey blonde/auburn color. I have very dark hair and after installation it came out exactly how I expected which I LOVE! I've bought several of these and they work great but the mystic color doesn't show up on my dark hair like other colors so I don't recommend this color for dark Hair. They should have done it in a deeper purple, I think it would have looked better.
