Leaves a shine and too much oil

This product is very greasy. This leaves a shine in areas you don't want and is very difficult, if impossible, to remove. You are better off spending more on higher quality products like Mohawk finishing. I bought it because I wanted it fast. I work in the furniture business and use many of these products to touch up and repair wood. I won't buy any more, but I'll throw the ones I have in the trash.

Great if you take your time with DHL

I bought four different colors of this clay. The last color I got was Ebony which I needed the most. The first 3 colors came in a week. The Ebony was shipped from Kentucky to Oregon via DHL Global Mail within 17 days. Another mention, it takes a long time to set up. In addition, it dries out after opening.

Easy to use, some colors are lighter than the chart

I love this product and my floor installer recommended it. However, the color chart is not a true color representation. I bought nutmeg, it's much lighter than this chart shows. Now I need to buy a dark walnut and try again. Spatula colors can be mixed. No, it does not harden when sanded or drilled. But it is very easy to use to fill nail holes in floors and baseboards. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the color issue.

It is important to choose a color and to be comfortable when working, so as not to rush.

Fixing and covering a gaping crack in the wood of a dresser that was delivered to me damaged in transit turned out to be a lot easier than I thought. The company I ordered it from said I could donate it or dispose of it as I see fit, so I kept it and decided to repair it so the tear wouldn't be visible. This wooden spatula did it. It's been over 6 weeks now and even I'm having a hard time remembering or identifying where the long tear used to be. It is important to choose a color and to beโ€ฆ

Great product but the top 3rd was dry/hard/crusty

I have used this product in two rooms and needed a large pot to solve some snag problems before guests arrived. Holidays. The product works great on our hardwood floors and I have used tiny pots before. I chose a large pot for this job and while the product is great unfortunately the top third of the pot I received with this order was very dry, crusty and unusable. I got my hands wet a bit to see if that would improve performance, but I can only assume the pan wasn't 100% airtight and theโ€ฆ
