Bought two to cover my husband's and I's bikes. They were very easy to put on and covered our bikes well. I like the little elastic at the bottom that helps keep it in place. Holds up well in the wind.

I love this bike case. It has two straps to attach the case to the bottom of the bike. It covers my wide handlebar touring bike perfectly. I don't know anything about durability and water resistance. It's new and the bikes are under the carport. So I will never know about water intrusion.
