Not sure if this would work given the mixed reviews but thought it might be worth a try as I have good water and the purple shampoo works, but not much. For reference/comparison, my hair is a) naturally curly, although I usually straighten it b) naturally dark ash brown around a level 3 or 4 c) currently bleached to around 7/8 with highlights. My stylist used this product on my hair because I have spring water which is rich in minerals and they settle into my hair with every use. It removed the minerals that had built up in my hair and left it soft and beautiful. I used it once on its own and found that while it works to remove minerals I can't use it for more than a few months because it washes the color out of my hair. Otherwise it serves its purpose. Use infrequently and under the guidance of a stylist.

Amazing product. I have good water and my hair has gradually become dry and coppery over the course of 3 years. Although I now have a reverse osmosis system at home, the damage was so severe that I had to dye my hair dark. Now I can go blonde again with WOW once a week. There is no comparison. My hair is fine and porous, this product has brought shine and shine back to it! I'm in the process of (gradually) getting my hair blonde again.
