is ideal for slime! If you don't play with it for a week it will turn to glue like most brands, but I won't blame the glue (I sell slime so I try to touch them at least as often as possible). Also, it smells bad when it turns into glue IF YOU USE BORAX: if you can use contact solution (I did it with contact solution and it hardly smelled)

Makes a really neat slime. I give this glue 1 star because it smells really bad after a week or two, turns into a full-fledged glue, and once activated, melts again the next day. I've also noticed that glue doesn't just smell to me. On Instagram, other slimers say it takes on a bad smell, turns into full glue easily, and if you put pieces of styrofoam in it, it hardens. Definitely recommend Elmer through and through.

My kids and I love making slime and I'm always hesitant to try new brands of clear glue. I'm so glad I tried this brand. From now on this is our brand for clear glue. Elmer's has been the best in the past, but I have to wonder if the explosion in slime's popularity has affected their quality, as now it just seems to be a tan. Clear glue is always very hard to come by, so when I saw it I really wanted it! It's a good price and shipping seemed expensive, but it was worth it. I ordered it on May 23rd and it arrived on May 25th. When I ordered it on the 23rd it said it would arrive between the 30th and the 2nd so I was definitely surprised. Was super worth it and came without any problems and I didn't have to wait long! And my 13 year old daughter loves it!

I like this glue. The texture differs from Elmer's clear glue. This one is thicker for me and smells a little weird, but you can add fragrance oil to change it up. I like the texture, but the color is more yellowish than Elmer's and doesn't become transparent to the touch. I leave other slimes that are made of Elmer, then it mostly becomes transparent again (must be handled with clean hands on a clean surface of course). Overall I like it for the price.

Let it sit for a few days and it'll be fine. It made an awesome slime. I bought this glue on purpose after reading good reviews about how good it is for slime, especially clear slime. The product description also states that this slime can be used to craft a slime. I've made slime many times so I know what to do and what not to do. And in no way did it create the slime shape or form. I tried every combination of all the ingredients to make sure I didn't ruin the slime. And after using almost a whole gallon of glue, I still couldn't make slime out of that glue…
