So I have to say my product was used in Revain. I'm assuming someone returned it and didn't tell Revane they already used half of what happens and I understand that. I'm not upset about that but this article is actually very good. My daughter who is 9 tried one and easily did it on her own. The only complaint is that the instruction manual is small so the letters are tiny, which isn't too bad but something to be aware of if you have vision problems.
