This is a strange little tool. The silicone tip applies frisket and is easy to clean. The brush on this tool is surprisingly decent. It is synthetic but has a nice grip and a very nice shape. It's not a premium watercolor brush, but I like the way it works. I'll probably buy another one when this one dies. Cool little tool.

I use a rubber tip to apply concealing liquid, not a brush tip and it works great. It's easy to "draw" the masking fluid with it, and it's easy to control. The covering liquid drips off the instrument for cleaning without any problems. If using the end of a brush, first lubricate it with liquid soap to make cleaning the bristles easier. Very handy and handy tool.
