I just received my shoes and I love them so much. They're attractive and the construction seems pretty good. I've read reviews about split soles so we'll have to wait and see. But they feel good and look great.

I have worn them as shoes at the pool and on the beach. They fit well and I liked the laces on the laces. However, they must be designed to be worn with socks as the skin on both of my heels ripped off when I used them.

In my opinion, shoes are designed to be worn without socks. The back could use some sort of padding though as it rubbed a blister on the top of my heel.

More than ordinary shoes. The rubber outsole, while comfortable, separates from the mesh upper on the sides, where the outsole flexes with the foot. I had to glue each side of each shoe. Very cheaply made, does not live up to the quality standards of other Columbia units I own. Also, today I wounded her for fishing and didn't even catch anything. Obviously the shoes are the culprit. I should have just bought some Crocs.
