Well made but too big! Super soft and very comfortable material. That's why I gave a good rating. However, the shorts were too big for him. You probably won't get it for another 3 years.

Arrived earlier than expected. I already knew how good these shorts were for my older boy but bought a pair of xx's for my 4 (almost 5) year old. They fit perfectly and are the BEST shorts!

I bought them small. Thought they would run about the same as the Columbia shorts from the back. You are not. They turn out about two sizes bigger than they are. Small in these and not synonymous with small in these. So they were too big. had to come back

My son thinks they are really comfortable! I love versatility! Dries quickly, dirt and stains roll off immediately! My son is almost 5 years old and the XS fits him perfectly. I love the elastic waistband. He can easily go from the pool to the park without changing his wardrobe. Highly recommended!
